This is a question that has been asked millions of times.  This is also a question that has a million answers, because it is an individual decision for you only.  Herein you will find some ideas for your consideration.  It is our contention that the more knowledge you have about any particular situation, the better decision you can make.  Please consider this information so that you may be able to decide if You need a Buyer's Broker.  The Commission in a real estate transaction is generally paid by the Seller, so in this case, a Buyer's Broker Service is Free.
